Great experience. I had placed a pair of boots on hold and when I got there, they were on the counter waiting for me. The sales staff was most helpful, allowing me time by myself to try them on while waiting on other customers to keep the flow going. When all was said and done, I left with my boots, slightly discounted and applying award money I didn’t know I had in my account. Great experience!

We had an awesome experience at Cycle Gear in Roswell, GA for their Bike Night! The staff was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the minute we got there. The slow race was definitely the highlight of the night for us! My 7 year old son even got to participate on his 2026 KTM 65 purchased at Woolys Cycles Of Atlanta with suspension done by A1 Racing Suspension, which absolutely made his night. Huge shoutout to Gabe, who hosted the event. He was a master on the mic and did a great job keeping everyone entertained and involved throughout the evening. We had a blast and really appreciate Cycle Gear putting on a family-friendly event where even the younger riders could get involved. We’re already looking forward to the next Bike Night!

We had the best first experience at this shop . Raith ( I’m sure I’m spelling his name wrong sorry! ) was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and attentive . It was my sons Birthday and I don’t know anything about gear and Raith asked him so many questions and really got to know him and his style and he totally nailed it when it came to picking out the type of helmet, parts, and eye wear my son needed . You rarely meet employees who actually know what their store has in stock and who are knowledgeable about what they sell. He clearly has a passion for bikes and it showed . The shop has a great selection and has everything we have been looking for in stock . My son left so happy ! As a buisness owner myself, it is hard to find great employees and this shop does great hiring ! Thank you thank you for all your help and we can’t wait to come back!

New riders, came into the shop to look at helmets. The young lady associate, I wish I remembered her name was excellent at explaining to us the different materials the way that the helmet should fit. She listened to us about the vehicle we would be riding and helped us choose helmets that were appropriate for those speeds. Cycle gear is a great shop and we would recommend it to anyone. My wife and I will be coming back with our young daughter when it’s time for her to be fitted for a helmet.
